'Step into a safe sanctuary'
Energy healing sessions with Valerie feel like; stepping into a safe earth sanctuary, surrounded by owls, roses, crystals and love. Valerie taught that healing is allowing your body to feel sadness, fear and anger - Then not labeling these feelings as 'bad', but instead talking them through, working on the energy surrounding those memories and letting it pass. It was wonderful to have a guide for breathing techniques, meditation and learning more about chakras and meridian pathways. Valerie shares ways for healing on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels of life. I personally feel very grateful to have been able to meet such a wonderful soul, who kindly shared so much of her own energy with me.

In Valerie’s presence, my heart surrenders and my body releases all that it is holding.
