In 2020 after going into complete burnout from an unsustainable lifestyle & lack of emotional support I began to experience a dark night of the soul and knew I had to make some drastic changes in my life. I wanted to remain here for my kids, so I was ready to heal myself. Knowing that the options for mental health had not helped me fully in the past, I was desperate to find other alternatives to take care of my mental, emotional and physical well being. After I was stabilized with Ketamine and chose to take a break from my career, I was guided to enroll in Sacred Path Healing School to assist me on my healing journey. At the time I didn't fully realize all that the school encompassed. It became obvious a spiritual path had been missing from my life and is a necessary part of healing.

During just the first couple of months of doing the daily spiritual practices I was learning as well as clearing energy I had an abrupt Kundalini awakening that completely shifted everything! I had many realizations but the most profound being that due to all of the trauma I had endured throughout my life coupled with living in a constant state of survival it was no wonder I was suffering. This was causing me to be separated from my truth, making it hard to find peace or joy in my life even though in the material world "I had it all". I decided it was time to really take care of myself in ways I had never allowed myself or had even been aware of. My life depended on it.

I made the choice to completely step away from a very successful career in Real Estate and moved from the busy island of O'ahu to a peaceful farm on the Big Island of Hawai'i.. On our slower and nurturing land I dove deeply into my own spiritual healing journey, put my hands in the soil, raised animals, and made sacred self care my top priority. I continued on with school, somatic healing practices to keep me grounded and in my body and my life began to feel purposeful and sweet. I found my ability to feel peace, joy, truth, and a realization that I am the creator of my own reality. My gifts as a healer began developing and all of the relationships in my life began shifting.

In May of 2023 after completing 3 years of study with SPHS, hands on training and my own intense healing journey I was certified and ordained as an energy healer, minister, and Earth steward.

Beyond SPHS on the farm I found my passion and roots as a Green Witch and love working with the many varieties of herbs, plants, trees and shrubs we have. I make herbal medicines, teas, tinctures and oil blends for myself and family.

Along the way I also have been initiated through meditation and gnosis into the Rose Lineage. I am currently on the path of the Rose Priestess, continuing to remember who I am.

It is now my passion to assist others that wish to go on a spiritual healing journey of rediscovering their true authentic selves. I feel my story is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. We are all Sacred and my wish is to walk with women that are ready to open up to their truth and authenticity.

I combine my passion for supporting others and my life on our farm in Hawai'i by promoting sustainable and holistic living practices through my platform.
